Life with Health: “Can You Eat Healthy and Save Money Too? What Are Your Options?” Presenters: Cheryll A. Lynn and Scott McNabb of The Well To Excel.
Is it expensive to eat healthy? Are you concerned about the cost of eating fresh organic food? Wondering where you can get reasonably priced organic food? What’s the trade off if you don’t eat fresh & health enhancing food? Want to find out the hidden costs of eating cheap (in price and quality) and how eating the best quality food you can get is actually an investment. Pay up front or pay later- either way, you pay! Cheryll and Scott will give a brief presentation about the monetary and physical consequences of the food choices you make followed by time for questions & answers.
Our new NYSEC members Cheryll Lynn and Scott McNabb have been thriving and living a raw & living foods lifestyle since the summer of 2002. While Scott has gradually transitioned to that over the past 5+ years, Cheryll made the jump to eating 99% raw foods since she first heard Dr. Fred Bisci speak about it in July of ‘02. The raw & living foods lifestyle goes beyond food, hence the use of the word ‘lifestyle’ and not ‘diet’. Phyllis Kreuttner and Jacqueline Pope preside.
