Celebrate the season of love with an evening of romantic chamber music and poetry, followed by dancing to music provided by a DJ.
Featuring: Ensemble Tomscha (piano, violin, cello and soprano voice) performing selections including:
- Mozart L'amero, saro costante from Il re pastore
- Dvořák Romance in f minor for Violin and Piano, Op. 11
- Mozart Dove Sono from The Marriage of Figaro
- Beethoven Piano Trio in E-Flat Major, Op. 70. No. 2
The music will be interspersed with readings of sonnets from Shakespeare and other love poems, and the concert will be followed by dancing to music provided by a DJ. Light refreshments (wine and cheese, coffee and tea) will be served.
