What your grandparents probably ate during what season is no doubt radically different than what we eat today. Today, our supermarkets have the largest cornucopia of food imaginable. At one time, this was the pride of America. But at what cost did this blessing come? This talk will explore the history of food in America, why our food production radically changed, and what effect this had on our environment and social fabric.
