During the February Pledge Month at WBAI, the Ethics on the Air team will host a two-hour segment. Yes, Marc Bernstein, Dr. Phyllis Harrison-Ross and Andra Miller will be asking for money for the station, WBAI. It is our understanding that the enthusiasm at WBAI for NYSEC's monthly program will be enhanced by a successful fund-drive effort on our part. We've provided the station three CDs for contribution premiums - interview with Joe Chuman on Ethical Culture's Role Today, a talk with Anne Klaeysen on Forgiveness and a special featuring Marc on Ethical Culture and African Americans. Parts of the CDs will be played and discussed on the program.
We hope that some members will volunteer to join us at the station (120 Wall Street) to take calls from listeners who are pledging in response to our appeals. And we hope those who can't be there will call in and make a donation to WBAI, to help keep free speech alive.
