Life with Health - "The Bare Bone Basics of the Raw Food Lifestyle” presented by Cheryll A. Lynn and Scott McNabb of The WELL To Excel.
This presentation will address why eating a primarily whole food, plant based diet can dramatically increase energy, vitality and overall health as well as prevent many common health issues. Learn about the terms “raw foods”, ‘living foods”, “raw and living foods lifestyle” and “acid/alkaline balance”. Get a brief introduction to the importance of enzymes to vital health, understand the importance of being consistent with healthy choices, and more. Jacqueline Pope presides.

A special evening of sharing of poetry, song, music, and more….celebrating the creative spirit and community for this holiday season with special guests from Volunteers of America—Wards Island Community Theatre Arts Workshop and Fresh Start Cultural Theatre Productions, Inc.
The OPEN MIC format encourages all who wish to perform. Art work may also be brought for display.
