Safari Yoga for Tots
December 14
10:00 - 11:00 AM
Have you been considering doing yoga with your child but don't want to make a long-term class commitment? Join us for one (or more) of our introductory sessions.
Stretch like a cat, roar like a lion, march like a penguin, and fly like an eagle on a yoga safari. We'll take a fun-filled journey through the jungle, meeting a variety of yogic animals along the way.
This is a great way for kids ages two through four to develop coordination and movement skills and for adults to indulge their inner as well as outer child.
Fee: $10 per one-hour class per adult-child pair.
Instructor Edya Kalev has certified as a yoga instructor with American Aerobics Association International and is a graduate of the Sivananda Yoga Teachers Training Course in Kerala, India, one of the oldest and most respected training programs in the world.
She has completed the 200-hour teacher-training course registered with Yoga Alliance. Her classes focus on building core strength, promoting flexibility, gaining confidence, and accepting our bodies as part of our perfect holistic selves.

Many couples experience a sense of "coming home" when they make a commitment to marry. They become one another's family, finding joy and comfort in their union.
But couples are also part of an extended community of family and friends who may not all be compatible. How do couples navigate these potentially hazardous waters? We will explore this and much more in a participatory workshop.
Members: $10. Nonmembers: $15.
